Delivery
We aim to despatch in-stock items on the same working day when ordered before
12pm. Orders placed after this time will be despatched on the next working day.
For any out of stock items, you will be notified with the soonest available ETA.
If your order is urgent or delivery is
required before a certain time please contact us at sales@fephexham.co.uk and we will
endeavour to fulfill your needs
For deliveries requested on FEP own vehicle, please advise your delivery address and preferred delivery date/time, any problems will be advised.
Our carrier will no longer offer delivery on deliveries over 2m in length, products such as trunking and conduit are offered for collection only.
Returns
Items that are new, unused and in original
packaging can be returned within 14 days from the date of invoice subject to a 20%
restocking fee. Buyer pays and is responsible for the return carriage and no
original carriage charges will be refunded. Specially made/altered items are
non returnable
